What Is AX Grow?
AX Grow is one of two AI transformation programs offered by AXMOS, alongside AX Build.
While AX Build delivers AI solutions for organizations, AX Grow equips internal teams to design and develop their own AI Agents and workflow automations through hands-on training and an internal Builderthon.
The program is particularly well suited for:

Why Does AX Grow Start with an AX Assessment?
AX stands for AI Transformation—the shift from simply using AI tools to fundamentally redesigning how work is performed across an organization.

How Does the AX Assessment Work?
The AX Assessment is conducted as part of AXMOS's four-stage onboarding process.
Step 1. NDA Execution
A Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) establishes a secure environment for collaboration and data protection.
Step 2. Kickoff Interview
The AXMOS team works with the organization to understand its business environment, organizational structure, existing workflows, and key business challenges.
Step 3. AX Assessment & Solution Design
This is where the formal AX Assessment takes place.
